The Louth Run for Life is a mass-participation 5K and 10K through the Wolds edge of the town, with the start and finish arches in the Market Place. Every entrant is fundraising for LIVES — Lincolnshire's volunteer first-responder network.
The 5K sets off at 09:30 and the 10K at 10:45. Both routes take in St James's Church, Westgate and a loop out past Hubbard's Hills. Timing chips for all entrants, medals on the line, and a finishers' pack from the LIVES tent.
Registration is £18 for the 5K and £25 for the 10K, all-inclusive. Under-12s run the 5K free with a paying adult. Full details and a map of the course land on the LIVES site six weeks before race day.
