Meet Mikshita

I'm Mikshita, a chef based in Lincoln. I run Kitchen 48, I cook as a private chef, and I've just started a monthly Supper Club.

I love developing recipes and playing with fusion food. I roast my spices fresh, every dish gets its own sauce, and I'd always rather take the time to get a flavour right than cut a corner.

Food that doesn't sit neatly in one box. Street food, tasting menus, fusion ideas and plenty of spice, always made with fresh, good quality ingredients. I'm forever trying something new, so if you come back, expect something different.
