Lincoln Laughs returns to the Castle grounds for its third year — three days of stand-up, a new free community stage, and Magna Radio broadcasting live from the grounds throughout the weekend.
Saturday night's headline set comes from Nish Kumar, with Lucy Beaumont, Ahir Shah, Rosie Jones and Lincolnshire-raised newcomer Imogen Lait across the three-day programme. A free Lincolnshire Laughs stage in the Castle's west grounds runs all weekend, curated with the Stamford Comedy Collective and open to local first-time acts.
Lincoln Castle sits in the Cathedral Quarter, a short walk from Lincoln Central. The city will be busy — park-and-ride from the Showground is open across the weekend, or take the train from Boston, Grantham, Sleaford, Newark or Nottingham and walk up Steep Hill.
